कभी कभी जब हम ज्यादा देर धूप में रह जाते है तो हमारे चेहरे पर sun- burn हो जाता है जिससे हमारा चहरा dark दिखने लगता है।
चेहरे के दाग धब्बे हटाने के उपाय
अपने चेहरे पर हुए इन्ही दाग धब्बो से परेशान हो कर कई लोग डॉक्टर से अपने चेहरे का इलाज करवाते है। मार्किट में आपको चेहरे के दाग हटाने के लिए विभिन्न क्रीम मिल जायेगा पर उसके कई साइड इफेक्ट्स हो सकते हैं लेकिन आज हम आपको कुछ ऐसे घरेलु उपाय बताएँगे जिससे आप अपने चेहरे के दाग एंव धब्बो को दूर कर के एक प्राकृतिक सुन्दरता पा सकते है।
अगर आप अपने चेहरे के दाग-धबे से परेशान हैं और इसे दूर करना चाहते हैं तो आप इन आसान तरीकों को अपनाकर इसे दूर कर सकते हैं। ध्यान रहे कि इसे ठीक करने का कोई शॉर्टकट नहीं है, आप नीचे बताए गए टिप्स को फॉलो करे, आपको फायदा ही होगा।
निम्बू (Lemon) – चेहरे के दाग धब्बे को remove करने के लिए निम्बू (lemon) एक बहुत हीं अच्छा विकल्प है। निम्बू में Vitamin C होता है जो की anti oxidant की तरह काम कर के आपके चेहरे के दाग धब्बे को दूर करता है। इसे use करने के लिए इसके juice को निकाल कर cotton से अपने चेहरे के दाग पर लगाएं और जब ये रस सुख जाये तो चेहरे को धो लें। कुछ दिनों तक इस remedy को regular करने से चेहरे के दाग कम हो जाते है। निम्बू के रस को चेहरे पर लगाने के बाद धूप में ना निकलें वरना आपका चहरा जल सकता है।
टमाटर (Tomato) :- face पर के दाग या sunburn को remove करने के लिए आप tomato का भी use कर सकते है। एक लाल टमाटर ले, अब उस टमाटर में से उसका सारा गुद्दा और रस निकाल लें, उसके बाद टमाटर के रस में 1 tsp नीबू का रस mix कर लें, अब पूरे face पर इस mixture को लगा कर उसे सूखने के लिए छोड़ दें। अब गुनगुने पानी से face wash कर लें।
चन्दन (chandan) :- face पर के दाग को remove करने हेतु चन्दन का लेप लगाएं। इसे use करने के लिए चन्दन के powder को gulab jal में mix कर के उसका लेप ready करे और फिर उस लेप को पूरे face और neck पर apply कर के उसे dry होने के लिए छोड़ दें। जब चेहरे पर का लेप अच्छे से सुख जाए तो फिर उसे पानी से अच्छे से धो लें। बेहतर परिणाम के लिए week में कम से कम 3 बार अपने चेहरे पर चन्दन का लेप लगायें। आप इस विधि से कोहनी के दाग को भी हटा सकते हैं।
प्याज (Onion) – प्याज का इस्तेमाल कर के भी चेहरे पर हुए मुहासे के दाग धब्बे को हटाया जा सकता है। इसे इस्तेमाल करने के लिए पहले एक प्याज को ले कर उसे छिल लें। अब प्याज को 4 टुकड़ो में cut कर के उसका रस निकल लें। अब प्याज के इस रस को चेहरे के दाग पर लगाए और फिर थोड़ी देर बाद पानी से धो लें।
एलोवेरा (Aloevera) – आप aloevera gel या फिर इसके गुद्दे कुछ दिनों तक regular face पर हलके हाथों से लगाये तो धीरे धीरे दाग चला जाता है। ध्यान रहे की aloevera को दिन में केवल एक बार इस्तेमाल करे।
खीरा (Cucumber) – एक खीरा को छिल कर उसे हल्का पीस लें और फिर उसमे थोड़ा सा कच्चा दूध और lemon juice का कुछ drop mix कर लें। उसके बाद इस mixture को अपने face पर लगा कर कुछ देर तक छोड़ दें और फिर पानी से धो लें। week में कम से कम 3 से 4 times इसके उपयोग से चेहरे के दाग धब्बे बहुत जल्द चले जाते है। ध्यान रहे की ताजा खीरा ही उपयोग करे।
शहद (honey) – चेहरे के दाग को हटाने के लिए शुद्ध शहद का उपयोग एक बहुत ही अच्छा option होता है। चेहरे पर honey को regular लगाने से चेहरे के दाग धब्बे ख़त्म हो जाते है और फिर चहरा चमक उठता है।
विटामिन ई तेल (Vitamin E oil) – यह तेल face में हुए गड्ढे व घाव को भरता है। Vitamin E use करने के लिए इसमें केवड़ा का तेल को mix कर चेहरे के दाग पर लगाए। इसके अलावे अगर आप gym जाते हैं और body parts में stretch marks आया रहे हो तो आप vitamin e के capsule को खोल कर उसके अन्दर का oil directly लगा कर धीरे धीरे mas- sage कर, ऐसा करने से body में पड़े स्ट्रेच मार्क्स में कमी आती है।
Pimples को हाँथ ना लगायें – यदि आपके चेहरे पर pimples निकल आया है तो आप उस पर अपने हाँथ ना लगायें ना हीं उसे हांथो से दबा कर फोड़े। यदि आप ऐसा करते है तो आपका pimples ठीक होने के बजाए और बढ़ जायेगा और फिर धीरे धीरे वो दाग छोड़ जायेगा।
मसूर की दाल – चेहरे पर के दाग धब्बों को हटाने के लिए पीसे हुए मसूर दाल को दूध के साथ mix कर के लगाएं। इस लेप को चेहरे पर लगाने के बाद छोड़ दें और फिर थोड़ी देर बाद हल्के हांथो से rub कर के face को पानी से wash कर लें। week में at- least 2 बार इसका प्रयोग करे।
