- रोज दो बार सुबह और साम टमाटर के छिलके का प्रयोग करे , चेहरे में धीरे धीरे चमक आने लगेगी
मधु और नीबूं का रस (honey & lemon juice)
नीबूं का रस में भी प्राकृतिक bleach का गुण पाया जाता है | नीबू के रस को मधु में मिलकर चेहरे पर लगाना चाहिए।
- एक चम्मच मधुरस को किसी चाय के प्याली में निकल ले |
- एक चम्मच उसमे नीबूं का रस को निचोड़ कर मिला ले |
- अब उस paste को अपने चेहरे में 15 – 20 minute तक लगा कर रखे |
- इस प्रक्रिया को दिन में कभी भी एक बार apply कीजिए |

- उस चावल के powder में आधे कप दूध को मिलाये |
- अब उस paste से चेहरे की त्वाचा को scrube करे |
पूरी नींद ले (take more rest at knight)
प्रत्येक दिन रात का नींद ठीक से पूरा होना चाहिए , कम सोने की वजह से हमारे चेहरे की त्वाचा मुरझाने लगते है।
- प्रत्येक दिन रात में 8 घंटे तक सोना चाहिए |
जूस पिए (fruit juice)
वैसे फलो के juice को अधिक से अधिक पिए जिसमे ज्यादा मात्रा में vitamin – c मिलता हो – जैसे – आम ; संतरा, ये अंदर से आपके चेहरे में चमक लायेगा।
संतरे का छिलका (orange peel)
संतरे के छिलके से भी चेहरे को साफ कर चेहरे में चमक को बनाये रखा जा सकता है।
- सबसे पहले संतरे के छिलके को धुप में अच्छी तरह से सुखा ले |
- अब उस सूखे छिलके को पिस कर powder बना ले |
- powder में थोडा सा एक कप पानी में मिला ले और और उससे चेहरे की massage करे |
- चेहरे की गन्दगी साफ हो जायेगा |
हरी चाय (green tea)
हरी चाय में पाए जाने वाली gredient तत्व caffeine में त्वचा के कोशिका को उत्तेजित करने की क्षमता पाई जाती है | जो नए त्वचा को विकास करने में मदद करता है।
अनार का juice
आनार का दाना हमारे शरीर में रक्त को बन्ने में मदद करते है | वैज्ञानिको के शोध के अनुसार अनार के एक दाने से एक बूंद रक्त का निर्माण होता है।
- रोजाना दो अनार के दाने की juice को एक दिन में दो बार पिए |
- इससे चेहरे में धीरे धीरे लालिमा आने लगेगी |
