Throat Cancer in Hindi: आज के समय में Throat Cancer तेजी से बढ़ रहा हैं यह एक ऐसा कैंसर है जो किसी भी उम्र के लोगो को हो सकता है। इसलिए आज हम लेख में गले का कैंसर क्या होता है, गले के कैंसर होने के लक्षण (Throat Cancer Symptoms in Hindi), इसके होने का कारण क्या है और साथ ही इसके इलाज से जुडी जानकारी को समझने का प्रयास करेंगे।

Throat Cancer को पहचानने के लिए सबसे पहले इसके symptoms को जानना जरुरी होता है। यदि इस कैंसर के symptoms को सही समय पर पहचान लिया जाए तो इस बीमारी का उपचार किया जा सकता है।
किसी भी प्रकार के कैंसर में असामान्य कोशिकाएं पूरे शरीर में दुगनी गति से फैलने लगती हैं जिस पर कंट्रोल कर पाना बहुत ही मुश्किल हो जाता है। यह Throat Cancer एक ऐसी भयंकर बीमारी है जो Voice box, Vocal Cord और मुंह के किसी भी हिस्सों में हो सकता है।

कई बार ऐसा होता है की Throat Cancer के लक्षण जल्दी पकड़ में नहीं आते है और जब तक पकड़ में आते है इसका इलाज हो पाना मुश्किल हो जाता है। फिर भी हम आपको इस कैंसर के कुछ लक्षण के बारे में बताने जा रहे है जिससे आप समझ सकते है कि कहीं आपको Throat Cancer तो नहीं है।
आवाज में बदलाव: इस कैंसर का सबसे पहला लक्षण है आपकी आवाज में बदलाव आने लगना या आवाज भारी होना।
सूजन: इसका दूसरा सबसे बड़ा लक्षण है अक्सर मसूड़ों में swelling रहना साथ हीं दांतों में भी दर्द रहना।
गले में गांठ: इसका एक और सबसे बड़ा लक्षण है गले में गांठ पड़ने लगना।
गले से खून निकलना: खांसने पर गले से खून निकलना भी Throat Cancer का हीं एक लक्षण होता है।
सांस लेने में कठिनाई: सांस लेने में परेशानी होना भी इस कैंसर का एक लक्षण हो सकता है ।
निगलने में परेशानी होना: खाने को निगलने में तकलीफ महसूस होना भी Throat Cancer का लक्षण होता है।
मुंह में छाले होना: वैसे तो यह होना आम है पर अगर मुंह में छाले काफी दिनों से है, मुंह के भीतर white या dark green color के पैचेज बनने लगना ये सब भी इसी कैंसर के कारण हो सकते है।
मुंह से दुर्गंध आना: सांस लेने पर मुंह से दुर्गंध आना या फिर कानो में भी अक्सर दर्द रहना इस कैंसर का लक्षण हो सकता है ।

जिस तरह से कोई भी बीमारी होने का कोई ना कोई कारण होता है, उसी तरह से गले का कैंसर होने का भी कई कारण हो सकते है जिनमे से कुछ causes निचे बताये गए है। यदि आप गले का कैंसर जैसे बीमारी से बचना चाहते है तो सबसे पहले आप इस बीमारी को पैदा करने वाले सभी कारणों को जाने और उनसे बचे। तो चलिए जानते है गले का कैंसर होने का कारण क्या है?
- गले का कैंसर को पैदा करने वाला सबसे बड़ा कारण है धूम्रपान या तंबाकू का सेवन करना, जो लोग बहुत ज्यादा smoking और तंबाकू का सेवन करते है उन्हें Throat Cancer होने की संभावना बहुत ज्यादा होती है।
- जो लोग धूम्रपान करने वालों के संगत में ज्यादा रहते है उन्हें भी ये cancer अपना शिकार बना सकता है। क्योंकि सिगरेट से निकलने वाली धुवां हमारे शरीर को नुकसान पहुंचाती है।
- जो लोग शराब और सिगरेट दोनों का एक साथ सेवन करते है उन्हें भी गले का कैंसर होने का अधिक खतरा रहता है क्योंकि Nicotine और Alcohol को एक साथ लेने से हमारे शरीर को नुकसान होता है। इसके साथ ही प्रदूषण भी Throat Cancer का एक बहुत ही बड़ा कारण है।
- दांतों में बहुत दिनों तक कीड़े का लगा रहना या फिर शरीर में विटमिन ए की कमी का होना, ये सब भी इस कैंसर का कारण हो सकता है।
